Erika Avalos began her staffing career in 2010 as an administrative assistant, advancing to roles such as Recruiter, Account Manager, Recruiting Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director of Strategic Accounts. Now, as Vice President of Operations at RecruitGigs, Erika manages finance, HR, payroll, safety, and compliance. Her extensive experience in staffing focuses on creating meaningful connections with clients and contract employees.

Vice President of Client Success

Anna Romay, with over 15 years of experience in recruiting and business development, has partnered with various industries in the Central Valley, including food manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, construction, and logistics. She excels in managing high-volume accounts, delivering exceptional service, and meeting client expectations. As the former Director of Strategic Accounts, she has been promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Accounts, ready to support our clients with onsite and high-volume needs.
